Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or game. By accessing our website at https://playhah.com/ or playing HaH / Hantu and Hunted, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Game and Publisher
HaH / Hantu and Hunted is published by Zeevium, a company incorporated in Singapore.
The game is a 20-player asymmetric multiplayer horror prop-hunt experience set in a Southeast Asian folklore-inspired Ghost Realm. It is distributed via Steam and Epic Games Store.
The game contains fantasy violence and mild horror themes and is intended for players aged 13 and above.
2. Eligibility
By using our website or playing our game, you confirm that:
You are at least 13 years of age, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
You are not prohibited from receiving or using our services under applicable laws
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Account and Platform Services
HaH / Hantu and Hunted uses Epic Online Services (EOS) provided by Epic Games, Inc. to support authentication, multiplayer, matchmaking, and social features.
To access online features of the game, you may be required to:
Have a valid Epic Games account
Grant consent for Epic Account Data permissions as presented during the EOS login flow
Agree to Epic Games’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Your use of Epic Online Services is subject to Epic Games’ own terms and policies, available at https://www.epicgames.com/site/en-US/tos. We are not responsible for Epic Games’ services, platform availability, or account decisions.
4. Acceptable Use
By using our website and game, you agree not to:
Cheat, exploit bugs, use hacks, bots, or unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
Harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other players
Transmit or post objectionable, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or unlawful content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive conduct. Violations may result in removal from the game, reporting to platform services, or legal action where applicable.
5. Content Standards
All content generated or communicated within the game or via our platforms must comply with these standards. Content must not:
Be sexually explicit, pornographic, or contain nudity
Depict real-world violence, gore, or self-harm
Promote hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
Infringe any third-party intellectual property, copyright, or trademark
Contain spam, advertising, or unauthorised commercial content
Violate any applicable laws
6. Reporting Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
To report objectionable content or an abusive user:

We will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include:
Removal of offending content
Warning or suspension of the reported user
Permanent ban from the game
Reporting to platform services (Epic Games, Steam) where applicable
We aim to respond to all reports within 24 hours and to act on substantiated reports promptly.
7. Blocking Abusive Users
If you experience harassment or abuse from another player, you may block that user through the in-game interface or your Epic Games / Steam account settings.
You may also report and request a block by contacting us at info@zeevium.com. We will take action to restrict the reported user’s ability to interact with you within the game where technically feasible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within the game — including but not limited to artwork, characters, lore, music, game design, logos, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Zeevium and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
9. User-Generated Content
If the game or website includes features that allow you to submit content (such as usernames, in-game communications, or community content), you:
Retain ownership of any content you create
Grant Zeevium a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content in connection with the game and our services
Confirm that your content does not violate any third-party rights or these Terms
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and game are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
The game or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
